I specialize in residential listing, sales, and relocation services. However, whatever your need, feel free to contact me. If I cannot personally help you I would be happy to direct you to the proper real estate professional.

Licensed in 1984, I am a five-time member of the Prudential Leading Edge Society, awarded only to the top 6% of Prudential real estate professionals nationwide. Throughout my career I have received many top sales awards, however, my latest, and perhaps most prized recognition would be the Outstanding Service Good Neighbor Award I received in 2006.

With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, you, my client, can rest assured that I will work hard to complete your real estate transaction always in your best interests.

I am currently a member of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, and the Missouri CRS Chapter of the CRS Institute.

My professional education includes my CRS designation, (Certified Residential Specialist), awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS is a nationally-recognized designation. REALTORS® with the CRS are acknowledged for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing.

I also hold my GRI designation, (Graduate, REALTORS® Institute), an NAR designation awarded at state association level. The GRI designation acknowledges REALTORS® who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides practical real estate training. This program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate license.

Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my family.

As the Executive Director of the Mark Reynolds Bike Fund I help raise money to assist underprivileged children get their first bicycle, and am proud to say it has been formally acknowledged by The Saint Joseph Board of REALTORS by way of a Good Neighbor Award in 2005, as well as REALTOR Magazines Good Neighbor Awards in 2006. You remember your first bike, don't you?

I also very involved in my neighborhood as Past President of the Twelve Oaks Association and a current 2006 Twelve Oaks Board Member.
